These lost tapes find Tory Lanez in full rap mode, no singing, no flip-flopping on sound. 'The Chase' has a relentless energy to it, stacking bars over a percussion-forward beat that keeps the tension high. Whatever the context around these recordings, the music itself has teeth. Vault worthy.
